Liqueurs from Italy

Thanks to the unique microclimate on the north-western shore of Lake Garda, citrus fruits of the highest quality – lemons, oranges, and grapefruits – grow and ripen under optimal conditions. The lake guarantees fruit ripeness and brings fresh, delicate, intense aromas and flavors.

The fruits are picked by hand and carefully selected. This approach allows the choice of the best fruit and the best time to harvest. The subsequent peeling of the fruit is also done by hand. The carefully checked skins are used for the production of our liqueurs.

After peeling and weighing, the hydroalcoholic maceration takes place, which lasts about eight to ten weeks. The product is then filtered and bottled. On the other hand, the juice is used to make syrup and fruit candies.
