The palate is punchy and fine melting, with earthy flavors reminiscent of fresh floral hay.

Red apple and nashi pear on the nose, fresh yeasty, and smoky wet rock.

This wine will develop and grow with time.

Excellent with classic asparagus dishes, mushroom stew with porcini, braised vegetables and potato casseroles. With the bottle maturing, a perfect companion to autumnal wild fowl dishes.
